Precautions of circuit:
1.Strictly according to the diagram wiring: 0V/4.2V/8.4V/12.6V,Otherwise it will cause damage to the chip.
2.After connection,it need to first charge activation, then will have the output.
3.The connection line between the battery pack and the protection board should be as short as possible and the core should be as thick as possible.
4.When welding the battery for the first time, do not connect any load or any equipment to the output end.
5.For loads with brushed motors, a capacitor (10uF-1000uF) must be connected in parallel to the positive and negative terminals of the motor to prevent the reverse peak voltage generated by the motor from interfering with the protection board or puncturing the MOS.
Attention of battery:
1.Do not mix the good battery and poor battery to use.
2.Successfully start the drill requires 3 15C-20C power batteries, or 6 10C-15C power batteries (The ordinary 18650 cannot start the electric drill).If it happens that the battery is too small or the power of the electric drill is too large and it cannot start,pls contact us to know how to deal with it.
3.The internal resistance of 3 battery capacity are closer will be better.
4.When connecting 3 sets of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each set of batteries is the same, the difference does not exceed 0.05V, and the internal resistance is as consistent as possible. The equalization function is only an auxiliary function. If they are not the same, please charge each battery separately and use it in series
5.During the discharge test, the battery with the faster voltage drop is a bad battery. It will affect the overall life of the series battery pack
